Resep Dasar Roti Unyil

Bahan:
375 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi/hard wheat
100 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
130 gr gula pasir
3 kuning telur
100 gr mentega
275 ml air es
30 gr susu bubuk
11 gr ragi instan
1 sdt bread improver/pengempuk roti
1 sdt garam halus
Cara Membuat:
1. Campur semua bahan kering, aduk rata. Masukan kuning telur dan air es sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni sampai kalis. Tambah kan mentega uli lagi sampai terbentuk adonan yang licin dan lembut.
2. Diamkan adonan selama 45 menit atau sampai mengembang dua kali lipat. Kempeskan adonan dan potong-timbang sesuai kebutuhan resep.
3. Fermentasikan kembali selama 30 menit. Kempeskan lagi dan adonan siap dibentuk sesuai jenis kue.
